Set on 7 private acres between Bolton Landing and Lake George Village, this is a residence built for those who appreciate good company, comfortable space, and time well spent together. Six bedrooms and five baths accommodate up to 21 guests with ease, complemented by two distinct den spaces, a sun room, multiple outdoor living areas, and a private regulation platform tennis court for guests who want to work up an appetite between meals.

 

Beyond the property, the Lake George region offers no shortage of ways to fill a day, in every season. Warmer months bring boating, swimming, and scenic cruises on the lake, along with hiking trails throughout the surrounding Adirondacks and shopping and dining in Lake George Village and Bolton Landing. When the snow arrives, the region shifts into a winter playground, with downhill and cross country skiing nearby, ice skating, snowshoeing, and the quiet beauty of the lake in the colder months. Come evening, there's nothing quite like gathering back at the house, whether that means a lakeside dinner out or a quiet night in on the porch.
